- Payment information — handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
- Device information — browser, IP address, pages viewed, collected through cookies so the store works and so we can understand what is popular.
- Marketing preferences — only if you sign up to our email list.
- WhatsApp messages — if you contact us through the WhatsApp button, your number and the messages you send us.
Why we use it
To take payment, pack and deliver your order, send you order updates, answer your questions, prevent fraud, and — if you have opted in — send you news about new products and offers.

- Shopify, which powers this store and hosts our data.
- Payment providers, to process your payment.
- Delivery partners, to get your order to you.
- Authorities, where we are required to by law.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertising networks for targeted advertising.
Marketing emails
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by emailing us. Order confirmations and delivery updates are not marketing and will still be sent.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for 1 year, unless we are required to keep them longer by law. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@lite-snacks.com and we will respond within 30 days.
