1. About these terms

By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who we are

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we cannot deliver to your address — and we will refund you in full if we do.

4. Prices and tax

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). We are not registered for VAT, and no tax is added to your order — the price you see is the price you pay, plus delivery where it applies. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Product information

We take care to describe our products accurately, but packaging, ingredients and nutritional values are set by the manufacturer and can change. Always read the label on the product you receive before consuming, especially if you have allergies or dietary requirements.

6. Supplements and health

Food supplements are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak to a doctor or pharmacist before use.

7. Age

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to order from this store.

8. Delivery, returns and refunds

We deliver within the UAE only. Delivery is free on orders of AED 500 or more, and AED 35 below that. Because we sell food, drinks and supplements, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. See our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

10. Intellectual property

The Lite Snacks name, logo, site design, text and images belong to us or our suppliers and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes fall to the courts of Ras Al Khaimah.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place your order is the one that applies.
